Today i'm with new topic about some facts of  pumpkins.We know that pumpkins are the common vegetable in the village. I personally also like the pumpkin item, either half boil or the pumpkin curry and the roasted pumpkin seeds pickle is my must favorite items.Here is some facts of pumpkins.

Pumpkins gives the Vitamins A eqivalent to 53%. Beta-carotene of 29% Thamine B1 of 4% vitamin C 11% , Vitamin E-3% and Vitamin K-1% and so on.Pumpkins are the Vegetables with rich in minerals like Calcium 21mg, iron 0.8 mg, Magnesium 12mg, manganese 0.125 mg, phosphorus 44mg, potassium 340mg, sodium 1mg, zinc of 0.32 mg and water of 91.6 gm by weight.
                                          In the European country their used to have the competition of growing the bigger pumpkins. In 2016, A farmer named Mathias Willemjins from Belgium grow a pumpkins of 1190.5kg and make the world record of Biggest pumpkin of the World. In US and Canada pumpkins are consider as the popular Halloween and thanks giving staple. In china people use to consume the pumpkins leaf as the cooked Vegetable.
In USA and many European country Pumpkins pie is popular.Beside this cooking items, boiled pumpkins, pumpkin roast,pumpkin seed snack, sambar, tempura,zucchini,pumpkin leaf kimchi,korean cuisine etc are also famous items. Their is so many super natural story making the connection between pumkins and supernatural power like the story of cinderall, Legend of sleepy Hallow and horseman etc.
